The Surfing collection contains article clippings and documents related to surfing and surf culture, as well as ephemera and media that describe surf culture, surfing's history, and information about surfing. The collection also contains a significant amount of surfing-related ephemera, notably a large number of postcards, toys related to surfing and skateboarding, and surf-related fliers and clippings. It also includes various surfing periodicals from 1963 to present.
